I have 30 years’ experience working on all appliances, heating and cooling and previously worked for Sears as a manager and trainer for all appliance service technicians.

ISO Auditor:

My job as an auditor for SEARS was to streamline all processes with regards to the services we provided to our customers. In addition I developed action plans to implement improvements and corrections.

Service Technician Manager:

I started out 30 years ago at Michigan Consolidated Gas Company as service technician. I also worked at Sears after 3 years with Michigan Consolidated Gas Company.

Certified Trainer:

I have trained technicians in the repairing of major appliances also heating and cooling classes.

We are currently located in Sterling Heights Mi. This location gives me access to Macomb and Oakland County and makes it convenient for me to service my customers promptly and efficiently.
